What you can hand to finance.
Filter a report by person, client, project, and dates, then export it. That is the practical output: a period of time, tied to the client the agency is billing or reporting to.
Start and stop time on a task. If someone changes the time or the note afterwards, that edit stays in the history. Open the history on that task and you’ll see the note, when it started and stopped, and when that version was saved.
What it does not do.
Obsrvr does not have a billable-rate field, invoicing, or a native mobile app. Integrations are limited: Obidos ERP is in a limited preview, and more tools are being connected. Time tracking and exports work without them.
If the agency is under 10 people and you want the hours without watching screens, Starter is enough to start. If you need rates or invoices, write to us and say what you need.
